Lisa Racanelli, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of nursing experience, including over 12 years devoted to mental health care and substance use treatment.
Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, she relocated to Gilbert, Arizona in 2018. Her work in mental health is guided by a deep, personal commitment to supporting others and a genuine dedication to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health.
Her clinical experience includes inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, psychiatric emergency services, substance use treatment, and community mental health. Through Kindlight Psychiatry, she offers telehealth mental health care to individuals across Arizona, providing a thoughtful and accessible approach that prioritizes comfort, privacy, and continuity.
Lisa’s approach is calm, collaborative, kind, and trauma-informed, with a focus on building trust and truly understanding each person’s story. She is committed to providing inclusive, respectful care for individuals of all backgrounds, including those within the LGBTQ community, and strives to create a space where every patient feels seen, supported, and valued.
She believes meaningful care begins with connection and is centered on creating personalized treatment plans that support long-term wellness.

Outside of her work, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors, being in nature, and has a deep love for animals, which reflects her appreciation for connection, compassion, and overall well-being.
